Welcome to StudyThis. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this learning platform, including its courses, notes, quizzes and certificates. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Use of the platform

• The platform is intended for learners aged 13 and above. Learners under 18 should use it with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.
• Use the platform for learning and personal educational purposes only.
• Do not use the platform for anything illegal, harmful or abusive.

2. Your account

• Give your real name and a valid email address when you register. The name on your account is the name printed on your certificates.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not share your account, and do not create accounts for other people.

3. Courses, quizzes and certificates

• All courses are currently free. Some features, such as unit quizzes, may open only after earlier lessons are completed.
• A certificate is issued when you complete the requirements of a course and pass its final quiz.
• Quizzes must be your own work. Quizzes may record when you leave the quiz page, and may end an attempt automatically if this happens too often.
• A certificate shows that you completed an online course on this platform. It is not a university degree, diploma or government-recognised qualification.
• We may cancel a certificate if it was obtained by cheating, by using another person’s account, or by any other misuse.

4. Payments

All courses are currently free. If paid courses are offered in the future, their price and access period will be shown before you pay, and payments will be governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All course notes, PDFs, quizzes, videos and other materials on the platform belong to StudyThis or are used with permission. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, sell, share, publish or modify them without our written permission. Your certificate is yours to share.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• cheat in quizzes, share quiz questions or answers, or try to manipulate the quiz or progress system;
• download or copy course materials in bulk, or use automated tools to access the platform;
• try to hack, damage, overload or reverse-engineer the platform;
• upload or send anything unlawful, offensive or harmful;
• break any applicable law.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available and the content accurate, but we cannot promise that it will always be available without interruption or that all content is free of errors. We may update, add or remove courses and features.

8. Limitation of liability

The platform and its content are provided for learning, “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, StudyThis is not responsible for any indirect loss, loss of data, or damage arising from your use of the platform or from your inability to use it.

9. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or close an account, and cancel related certificates, if these Terms are broken, if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, or if the platform is misused. You may stop using the platform at any time and ask us to delete your account (see our Privacy Policy).

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
