Refund Policy
Effective date: 2 October 2026
All courses on StudyThis are currently free. You are never asked to pay for a course, a quiz or a certificate, so no refunds are needed. The rest of this policy applies only if paid courses are offered in the future.
1. General policy for paid courses
If a course is offered for a fee, its price, content and access period will be shown before you pay. Please read the course description and the free preview lessons carefully before buying. Once a paid course has been accessed, the purchase is non-refundable, except in the situations below.
2. When a refund may be given
- You were charged more than once for the same course.
- You paid but could not access the course because of a technical problem on our platform, and our support team could not solve it within 48 hours.
To request a refund, email vidyamarg24@gmail.com within 3 days of the payment, with:
- your order ID or the course name;
- proof of payment (for example a screenshot or UPI reference number);
- a short description of the problem.
3. When a refund is not given
- You changed your mind after accessing the course.
- Problems caused by your own device, internet connection or browser.
- The course did not match your expectations, although its description was available before purchase.
4. How refunds are paid
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Access to the refunded course, and any certificate issued for it, is removed.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
